Breathe in the scent that made Dhofar famous. Your guide, born and raised in Salalah, takes you through the frankincense stalls of Al Haffa souq, teaches you to tell the grades of resin apart and shares the stories behind every scent.
We then walk the ruins of Al Baleed, the medieval port of the Frankincense Route listed by UNESCO, before a stop at the coconut and papaya stalls along the shore.
