Residency
Are you a government agency?
No. Live in Oman is an independent advisory service. We help you prepare and follow your application, but decisions are always made by the Omani authorities.
Can you guarantee that my residency will be approved?
Nobody can honestly guarantee it. What we guarantee is a complete, correct file and accompaniment at every step, which greatly reduces delays and refusals.
Do your prices include government fees?
No. Our prices cover our advice and accompaniment. Government fees, official translations and medical tests are paid separately; we tell you exactly what to expect.
How long does the process take?
It depends on your route and on how quickly your documents can be translated and attested. During the first call we give you a realistic timeline for your situation.
Questions & consultations
How does the paid question work?
You write your question, pay 12 OMR and receive a precise written answer by email within 48 hours. You can order several questions at once.
Is the video consultation deducted from a package?
Yes. If you book a residency package within 30 days after your consultation, its price is deducted.

Who are your guides?
Drivers and guides born and raised in Dhofar, officially registered, who know every wadi, beach and family along the way.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Your safety comes first. During the khareef season some routes can change; we adapt the itinerary or move your tour to another date.
Can I cancel my tour?
Yes. Contact us as early as possible; our refund policy explains the conditions in detail.
